<pstyle="text-align: justify;">Sunday, July 1 (Day 182): After church, Josh & I headed to see his brother's new house. Our girls stayed home with Nana and scored these super cute nightgowns. I couldn't resist a sweet picture before bedtime. Monday, July 2 (Day 183): Roast beef roll-up and watermelon for dinner, while I finally catched up on blogging. Tuesday, July 3 (Day 184): For lunch with one of my favorite people, I finally tried Flip Burger. The fries were SO good, but the best part was the smoked mayo to dip them in. AMAZING. Wednesday, July 4 (Day 185): Happy Independence Day! We watched the evening fireworks with these pretty, patriotic girls. Thursday, July 5 (Day 186): Our Bible Study met on Thursday because of the holiday this week and while we were meeting ...

Project 365: Week Twenty-Six
Sunday, June 24 (Day 175): It was another day at the pool for me, thank goodness. Lucky me, Kamin brought this treasure that a friend bought at a yardsale. It didn't fit either of them, so I got a fun dress for free! It needs a tiny alteration, but I can't wait to give it a spin. Monday, June 25 (Day 176): We got the great news about Ella's invitation to participate on a competition class this year. I couldn't resist picking up flowers on my way home to celebrate. She was tickled pink! Tuesday, June 26 (Day 177): I am flipping obsessed with these chapsticks. Have you tried them? There are no less than three in my bag at any given time. Wednesday, June 27 (Day 178): I worked on my Christmas list for awhile on Wednesday. Am I a nerd because I'm almost completely done with the girls? ...
Project 365: Week Twenty-Five
I'm a little behind on posting my weekly photos, so I decided this was as good a time as any! Our first week home from the beach was hard. It was an adjustment. Nobody wanted to work, or get up early or do anything productive. It was long and we were ready for the weekend about thirty minutes into Monday. Sunday, June 17 (Day 168): Unfortunately for Josh, we are always traveling home from the beach on Father's Day. I always feel so bad for him, but there just isn't a way around it. I think next year, we are going to try going a week later and see how it works out. We were on our way home from Gulf Shores when Sophie insisted that Tuck ride on the heat-hot. For those of you not "in the know", the heat-hot refers to the armrest between the front two seats. Apparently I started calling it ...
Project 365: Week Twenty Four
Here is just a tiny glimpse into what makes our family vacation the best. More to come later this week. If you follow me on Instagram you've probably already seen these, but here they are again! Sunday, June 10 (Day 161): On Sunday it rained all day. Seriously. What do you call four adults and two children in a pop-up camper during a monsoon? Bored stiff. After a glorious nap and many Krispy Kreme donuts, we finally braved the rain and ate at our favorite local haunt. I know it's bizarre that my favorite thing to eat on the coast is chicken fingers, but these are THE. BEST. Monday, June 11 (Day 162): Finally, some sunshine and a little relaxation. SD went to pick up our travel trailer on Monday morning, so we got to move out on our own. After setting up camp and buying groceries, we ...
Project 365: Week Twenty Three
By the time you read this, I'll be soaking up the rays with my toes in the sand. I have missed my babies this week and cannot wait to get my hands on them. We are driving to the beach late on Saturday evening and I'll be unplugged and out of touch for the next 7 (glorious!) days. I'll be back next Sunday with another Project 365 post and then we'll start the beach recap on Monday. If you're lucky, there might be a daily instagram post between now and then, but don't hang your hat on it. We're going to be relaxing and flying by the seat of our pants. Ah, vacation. Sunday, June 3 (Day 154): Since our girls left for the beach with my parents early last Sunday morning, we've been on our own since the night before. We didn't know what to do with ourselves, but it was fun not having to plan ...
Project 365: Week Twenty Two
Better late than never, right? Sunday, May 27 (Day 147): On Sunday, we had the pleasure of eating dinner with our best friend from high school. His family was in town for the holiday weekend and we had a yummy crawfish boil at his parents' house. The kids swam all afternoon and we stuffed ourselves silly. It just happened to be his oldest daughters' 11th birthday, so we celebrated with these yummy cupcakes. Seriously... the icing was whipped and light and fantastic! Monday, May 28 (Day 148): Monday was Memorial Day and the first official pool day of the year. My entire, insanely loud and crazy family invaded the pool at my parents's house. There was food everywhere and the pool was full of kids all day. My girls were worn out by the time we went home and we all slept great that ...
Project 365: Week Twenty One
My goal this week is to get back on a very regular schedule for blogging. I have edited and uploaded countless photographs to flickr and I have managed to post for four consecutive days. Pretty fantastic, right? The only problem is, I'm pretty sure I've run all one hundred of you off. Can you comment and tell me that you survived the drought? I promise to try REALLY hard not to leave you hanging again. Sunday, May 20 (Day 141): I think I've professed my love for Barber's TruMoo chocolate milk enough on the blog, but just in case I want you to know that I CANNOT live without it. In fact, as I was typing this post last night SD was moping around, sad that we were out. Ummm, no. I made a special trip to Walmart and stocked the fridge. I'm drinking it while I blog. And the reason my ...
Project 365: Week Twenty
Are you impressed that my weekly recap post is actually posted on a Sunday morning? And I didn't even schedule it to post, I just managed to get my family ready for church early and I finally got a second to sit down. I've even managed to listen to the same Justin Bieber song on repeat for the last hour and I haven't committed a crime yet. That's impressive. Sunday, May 13 (Day 134): My Mother's Day was so wonderful last week. I didn't take enough photos to justify an entire post, so this late afternoon one will just have to do. For the record, I got wonderful crafts and a gift certificate to Anthropologie. I had breakfast with my mom, visited my mother-in-law in the evening and managed to squeeze a glorious nap in between. Monday, May 14 (Day 135): On Monday, Josh & I started a ...
