113/365: This is how I found the girls in their bed on Monday morning. I went in their room to grab something before work and they were all snuggled up together in the middle of their bed. I seriously LOVE my girls sharing a room. Later that day, Ella lost her third tooth! This is the first time she's been left with a gap, though (her bottom teeth were completely in already when the baby teeth fell out), and I think it's adorable. I also had my sixth hot yoga class on Monday night and the instructor snapped the photo of my camel pose. I had to miss class this week, but I am really enjoying it! 114/365: On Tuesday, I managed to fit a quick run in on my lunch break. I'm working on my 5k time and trying to shave it down to 25:30 before my race in late June. This was a personal record for ...

Dailies / Week 16
106/365: It feels a little weird to talk about Monday without mentioning Boston. I ended up not feeling well and spent the morning watching the marathon from bed and loved every moment of it (except for the sick part). A friend of my uncle's ran it for the first time and I got text updates all morning about his progress. The only time I even left the bed all day was to bring Sophie's birthday gifts in from the car - can you say princess stuff?! While I was putting all of this away my mom called to see if we were watching the news and for the first time all day the volume was turned down and we had no idea what had just happened. Within 30 minutes of the bombs we were trying to reach Heath & Jeff and finally got a text message to go through. Thankfully, they had already boarded the ...

99/365: This was my third week of hot yoga and I'm loving it. It's a 90 minute class and it gets HOT in there. The thermometer read 105* at one point! I wish I could go twice a week, but with Bible Study, two nights of dance for Ella and just life in general, I can't abandon Josh one more night during the week. I also got to see Gran's creation for Sophie's party when I got home on Monday night. This is a little sneak peek of SK's Alice in Wonderland get up for her tea party on Sunday. Adorbs, right? Just a few more days and I'll have photos of another birthday bash to share. Ella's fancy party was for her third birthday and we wanted to something equally "fancy" for SK. 100/365: Did you know about this? It's kind of hard to believe that there are 27 million slaves in the world today ...
Dailies / Week 14
92/365: Ella had an appointment with her pediatrician on Monday morning and there just wasn't a way to get her back to school and me on to the office in an efficient way. We decided to skip kindergarten that day and she hung out with me instead. Since we were officially past lent, she was THRILLED to indulge in Chick-fil-A for lunch. She spent most of her time watching movies and decimating my office supplies. 93/265: The only photo I took on Tuesday was for #pinstyle and you've already seen that one. Ooops! 94/265: On Wednesday my Bible study group started reading Francis Chan's Forgotten God. It is so good. I loved this quote from FC that our fearless shared. 95/365: On Thursday, Josh & Ella were off on an adventure and SK & I were at home playing. She went through just about ...
Dailies / Week 13
85/265: Monday, I tried hot yoga for the first time. A new yoga studio opened in our neighborhood and I am so thrilled! The classes are small and affordable and there is something almost every day. I've taken two classes now and I'm hoping to go once or twice a week. 86/365: Tuesday, I hit the treadmill again because it was pretty chilly outside. I loathe treadmill running. I'm slower and I get fatigued a lot faster. Not to mention, it is super boring to watch yourself in the mirror for more than a few minutes. Later that night, SK threw a little impromptu tea party in the playroom. Presh, right? 87/365: I've decided the only downside the running, working out and weight loss is that my rings don't fit that great any more. Even though I'm still a little bigger than I was when I got ...
Dailies / Week 12
78 & 79/365: Just lots of running. Really, that's pretty much all Monday & Tuesday amounted to. My goal was to run 50 miles in March, but it wasn't looking good! 80/365: I finally got my 13.1 sticker while my car was in the shop, so once we were reunited, it joined our Roll Tide sticker on the back window. I'm pretty proud of this! 81/365: On Thursday, I finally remembered to download the new JT album and let him serenade me while I battled the treadmill. Those are some really long songs! 82/365: My girls were in rare form Friday night while we were watching basketball. 83/265: Beemer snuggled up with me on the couch for some catching up on the DVR while the girls napped and Josh worked out. 84/365: Just the first of many days devoted to JM. He's on heavy rotation these ...
Dailies / Week 11
71/365: My car was finally put back into one piece and I got to return the rental car. The worst part is that the wreck was my fault and I had the privilege of shelling out almost $700 when all was said and done. 72/365: I was finally running again and logged a few country miles once I got home from work. 73/365: Another lunch time run and a photo for a snarky text to Josh. Although I never had a booty to begin with, I couldn't help but sending this and saying "Look... I literally, ran my booty off!!" I know, cheese. 74/365: We had dinner with the wedding party (for Josh's brother's wedding) on Thursday night and the girls got a little gift for being the flower girls. Sophie was QUITE taken with her pretty pink lipgloss. 75/365: I find myself doing this at work a lot. I ...
Dailes / Week 10
64/365: I was pretty happy to see on Facebook that Monday morning that JM was doing a one-night show in Tuscaloosa in April. I asked SD if he would buy me a ticket for Mother's Day and he one better and offered to take me. He is NOT a fan, so this is a sacrifice. Only the third concert we've seen together in sixteen years. I scored great seats, 16th row, dead center. After lunch that same day, I managed to pound out a little over three miles with an average pace of 8:41. While I'm not sure that the splits are accurate, the overall time and distance is, so I was still pretty pleased! 65/365: Another lunch time run and a confession about how bad my purse was looking. That is a LOT of stuff! In my defense, I'd had a fender bender a week or so before and had a ton of paperwork in my purse ...
