/365: Monday was the first day of first grade! How is my baby so big? She wanted sponge rollers and colored, skinny jeans and a new backpack with zebra print detail for the first day. Imagine that. I’m so thankful for sweet teacher friends because I got this pick of Ella and her best boy, Connor, on the first grade hall later that day! Man I’m gonna have some great pictures for their wedding slideshow one day!
/365: Ummm, this album finally came out and I am one happy girlfriend. I mean girl. I also packed watermelon and my favorite pasta salad for lunch that day. Yummy.
/365: Oh, Wednesday was super eventful. I had been nursing a pulled shoulder muscle for three days and finally couldn’t take it any more. I ran to the doctor first thing and slept off the muscle relaxer for the next 8 hours. After I could finally drive again, Bell & I went to Birmingham for dinner and some birthday errands. She even convinced me to swing by the Gap for a new outfit. Kid after my own heart. Then I got this text message and image from Josh on the way home. He’s lucky I didn’t lose control of the vehicle. Ella and I were laughing so hard.
/265: On Thursday, Ella and I started making sweet treats for her birthday party. She really wanted dipped sugar cones for the ice cream. These were super simple to make and turned out beautifully! 230/365: I went out with the girls on Friday night and, of course, Josh had to send me a picture of how inappropriately dressed Taz was. Geez.
/365: I met THE Jen Hatmaker. And she was adorable and so funny and was totally crushing on my necklace. Josh’s response? “You can die a happy woman now.” He’s right. 232/365: Ella’s birthday party was finally here!
