57/365: Last Monday was so much fun! My sister & her husband finally found out they they are having a sweet boy (Hudson Ray – who SK refers to as “husband”) and we had a wonderful party to celebrate. How adorable is that cake her friend made for the reveal? 58/365: Sweet Emry Kate finally came home from the hospital on Monday afternoon, so I ran dinner over to Ryan and her family after work on Tuesday. Even though I had seen Emry in the hospital, this was the first time I got to get my hands on her. What a cutie!
59/365: I had a referral credit in my Stitch Fix account on Wednesday morning when I woke up and even though $25 won’t go very far, I was SUPER excited. Yay for free clothes. 60/365: At dance class on Thursday, Ella got her jazz costume for their competition later this month. This girl is a sassafrass and she is really loving her competition team this year.
61/365: Oh, Friday. I had a super crazy day at work filled with color-coded spreadsheets and mounds of paper. Josh headed out of town for “Bachelorgeddon” earlier that morning, so it was just us girls. I secured a sitter for the night and headed out for Mexican and a movie with three of my favorite girls. We laughed until we cried, so a super-cute chick flick and ingested WAY too many calories. Essentially, the perfect night.
62/365: Before I picked up the girls on Saturday, I got some major housework done. As in, I finally took down the rest of our Christmas decor (even though a few things are still in a pile on my front porch and waiting to be carried out to the storage building), washed, folded and put away 12 loads of laundry, cleaned and disinfected every available surface and bathed the dog. To say that Josh was impressed when he got home on Sunday is a gross understatement. Seriously, it was like walking into an alternate universe. 63/365: On Sunday, we had lunch at Outback with my family, sans Josh, to celebrate Cory’s birthday, bought groceries and had a fun fellowship at church. This girl is OBSESSED with cheese puffs. But not nearly as obsessed as she as when she realized our sweet daddy was finally home. We sre did miss him!
