It’s that time again! Here’s what we’ve been up to for the last seven days.
Sunday, February 26 (Day 57): Sunday night we stayed home from church since the girls didn’t have Mission Friends. The house was destroyed and there were toys everywhere. They especially love playing with this Hello Kitty bingo game, it has just enough tiny pieces to give them a thrill.
Monday, February 27 (Day 58): This is a pretty standard snack for me right now. These Kashi dark chocolate coconut granola bars are SO good and paired with a banana are still under 200 calories. The perfect morning snack!
Tuesday, February 28 (Day 59): This is a close up of the console in my car. There is always plenty of change for newspapers and parking meters and just as many sparkly “clippies” for the little girls in my life.
Wednesday, February 29 (Day 60): I’ve pretty much been listening to Mayer all week. I was mentally preparing myself for the task of getting good seats to his upcoming show when tickets went on sale Friday morning. I’m ready for the new album (5/22), but Battle Studies will definitely do for now.
Thursday, March 1 (Day 61): We’ve been keeping an eye on our pear tree the last several weeks. Flowers are starting to bloom and I knew it was only a matter of time. Thursday morning as I was leaving, I noticed LOTS of beautiful blooms. This photograph is looking up into the tree.
Friday, March 2 (Day 62): Since we’re talking about what I normally eat, peanut butter toast is my everyday breakfast when I’m tracking calories. Two slices of 45 calorie bread and Peter Pan whipped peanut butter leaves me with a 280 calorie breakfast. Friday, I added sliced bananas for something different and it was YUM.
Saturday, March 3 (Day 63): Out in the country we don’t really live in “neighborhoods,” at least not on my street. Instead, I thought I’d give you the street view of the Rock House. Isn’t she sweet?
